Product Description
The Metraflex Modular Riser Guide is a versatile, multi-functional pipe guide. It is our easiest guide to install, and the most compact pipe guide available. The Modular Riser guide features mechanical interlocking rubber links that isolates 52% of pipe noise and vibration from the structure, and at the same time provides a water and vapor resistant seal.
All published guide spacing recommendations are for horizontal pipe. Risers develop loads differently than horizontal pipe. Please consult Metraflex if you need assistance determining guide spacing for risers.
Product Highlights
- The mechanical interlocking rubber links are available in EPDM, Nitrile, and Silicone.
- The stainless-steel slide screen allows for unlimited movement through the guide.
- Installation is completed by simply tightening a series of bolts to engage pressure plates that squeezes the mechanical interlocking rubber links to fill the annular gap. This creates the water and vapor resistant seal. There is no welding or waiting for something to cure.
- For applications up to 250⁰ F.
