The Riser Clamp can be configured as either a riser clamp or anchor.  It is easy to install and has a very small footprint.

If one RAC is installed on the pipe at the floor penetration, it will function as riser clamp replacing the unreliable traditional riser clamp.  If another set is installed on the other side of the floor the pipe will be locked in place, creating an anchor.
